Chambertin Clos de Bèze Grand Cru 2009 - Domaine Pierre Naigeon
Produced on the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin, this grand Cru red is a part of the most famous wines and the most noble of Burgundy. Simply one of the best red wines that can exist !
This Grand Cru Chambertin Clos de Bèze 2009 offers a dress relatively dark, which range from magenta to violet purple.
The aromas are of great finesse and complexity characteristic of the great red wines of the Côte de Nuits : floral notes (violet, rose) as well as red fruits. As we mature, this wine will offer to the nose of spices, an animal side and under-wood, to evolve to the leather or the fungus.
A wine of the sharp attack is very ample and dense in the mouth, to the persistence and generous.
Like most of the great Wines of Burgundy, it will be open after a few years of keeping, even if the incredible 2009 vintage can get very good surprises sometimes in advance.
Wine and Food pairings :
Pieces of game fur or meat roasted, beautiful pieces of red meat.
Serving temperature of wine : 15 to 16°
