Melon of Burgundy

White wine made from Melon de Bourgogne, a grape variety almost non-existent in Burgundy but mainly used for the production of Muscadet.

A blend of the wine-growing tradition of Burgundy and the grape variety generally used in other Loire and Atlantic regions, this wine brings very expressive aromas and a beautiful intensity.

The melon gives balanced, dry, fresh, light wines with discreet aromas. This wine is generally not intended for aging, rather pleasant young for its lively side and its beautiful freshness.

To be combined with oysters and shellfish. Also try on goat cheeses and with fish.

On the palate a perennial but very well balanced wine, which will offer aromas of white fruit and lemon.
